Muscle Testing Techniques
The easiest way to demonstrate the benefits of the Performance Amulet is by doing the following muscle testing techniques.
First, conduct each test without the Performance Amulet. Then repeat the tests with the pendant on. You will notice a big difference!
O-Ring Test
Step 1: Make an O-Ring with your thumb and middle finger.
Step 2: Have a friend pull your fingers apart while you resist.

Shoulder Abduction Technique
Step 1: Extend your arm out.
Step 2: Have a friend push down on your extended arm while you resist downward motion.

Step 1: Extend your arm out while holding a cell phone up to your ear.
Step 2: Have a friend push down on your extended arm while you resist downward motion.
